Brunello is a clone of the famous Chianti grape, Sangiovese, and is widely regarded as producing some of the region's best wines. The Campogiovanno delivers aromas of wild berry fruit, plums, cedar, tobacco leaf and tanned leather. It has a complex palate with meaty, savoury characters and fine-grained tannins; developing into a long, persistent and fruit-filled finish with notes of graphite.
