How do you ensure the wine is protected during shipping?
We use specialized, shock-absorbent eco-friendly packaging designed specifically for glass bottles. This ensures your wine remains at a stable temperature and protected from breakage during transit.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, all wine deliveries require an adult signature (21+ in the US, or legal drinking age in your country) and a valid government-issued ID must be presented to the courier.
What is your return policy if a bottle is 'corked' or damaged?
We stand by the quality of our selection. If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
We recommend letting the wine rest for 24-48 hours after transit. Store bottles horizontally in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature between 45°F and 65°F (7°C - 18°C).
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to most states within the US and select European countries. Please check our Shipping Policy page for a full list of restricted regions due to local alcohol licensing laws.
Can I include a personalized gift note with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will see a 'Gift Message' field where you can enter a custom note that we will print on a premium card and include in the box.
