From the slopes of the holy mountain of Montserrat in Esparreguera, this cracking blend of Xarel-lo, Garnacha Blanca, Chardonnay and Macabeu has been aged for five months in new French oak, giving it a weighty, creamy mouthfeel. The nose is complex and layered with aromas of tropical fruit and brioche, while the palate is opulent with savoury, nutty characters balanced by apricot and a touch of vanilla.
